We look after all of this as part of our fee including, booking skips, regularly clearing the site and keeping it clean.
As you can imagine, this is very much project dependant but please see some guidelines below:
4-Bedroom House Full Renovation: From £80k
Rear Extension: From £70k
Loft Extension: From £70k
Garden Studio: From £30k
Again, whilst very much project dependant, most jobs involving extensions take circa 3-4months to complete.
Yes! This is always included as part of every quote we give.
Any type of plumbing you need! This may include anything from a newly fitted bathroom or kitchen to basement drainage or connections to external downpipes or manholes.
We also provided certified “Gas Safe” installations of boilers and heating systems.
We typically include everything in our quotes to get the desired job done. This will even include a breakdown of the items the client needs to purchase including flooring, sanitary-ware, ironmongery or soft furnishings should they want to buy something specific themselves.
We do not carry out drawings as we like to stick to what we do well… building! We can however recommend trusted architects, engineers and any other consultants you may need for your project.
As with all consultants, we can refer your to a Building Control company who will carry this element of the project out for you.
